Execution of plan, implementation of Evolutionary Step, commercialization of new products that improve satisfaction of customers’ needs is the culmination point of FutureMapping.
Since implementation is a complex process distributed in time and space, since “to every action there is always opposed an equal reaction” and unforeseen side effects, since situation continuously changes, the implementation process never goes as it was planned. Without continuous monitoring of situation, any implementation may go astray. Every relevant change in situation should be evaluated by its potential effect on planned result, and appropriate correction of actions should be taken.
